Cabbage And Carrot Relish

The ingredients are:
3 cup Scraped and chopped carrots 5 cup Chopped sweet red and/or Green peppers 4 cup Chopped cabbage 2 cup Chopped onions 3 1/2 cup White or cider vinegar 1 1/4 cup Sugar 3 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Celery seed 1 tbsp Mustard seed

The recipe yield is:
6 Pints

Mix all the vegetables together well. Boil the vinegar, sugar, salt, celery and mustard seed together for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and bring to a boil.
