6 medium Yams -- cook,peel, quarter 1/2 cup Light corn syrup -- or dark 1/2 cup Firmly packed light brown Sugar 1/4 cup Evaporated skim milk 1 tsp Butter 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325F. Arrange yams in single layer in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a med. saucepan.
