Zucchini Quesadillas

The ingredients are:
3 each Flour or corn tortillas 1/2 cup Green onions, thinly sliced 1 medium Jalapeno chile, seeded & - minced 2 cup Zucchini, julienned 1 cup Corn niblets 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced

4 servings

Preheat oven to 400F. Place one tortilla on an ungreased oven baking sheet & layer with half the remaining ingredients. Top with a second tortilla & the rest of the filling.
