1 1/4 lb Turkey breast,thinly sliced Salt Black pepper 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Butter or margarine 1 cup White wine,dry 3 Green onions,minced 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Green peppercorns
