3 tbsp Vegetable oil 2 tbsp Onion, chopped 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped 5 cup Cooked long-grain rice 1 cup Tofu, diced 3 tbsp Soy sauce 1/2 tsp White pepper MMMMMGARNISH 1 tbsp Cilantro leaves, chopped 1 cup Cucumber, sliced 2 tbsp Red & green chilies, chopped 3 each Green onions, chopped 1 each Lime, cut into wedges

Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic & stir-fry until both are golden. Add the rice & the tofu & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce & white pepper. Remove from heat & place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
