The ingredients are:
2 tsp Dry yeast 1 cup Lukewarm water 1 tbsp Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Salt 3 cup Wholewheat flour

Dissolve yeast in water with sugar. Let froth. Add salt & flour, mix well. Knead, adding more flour as necessary. Let rise till doubled. Punch down.
