Pistachio Baked Fish

The ingredients are:
1 lb Fresh or frozen fish fillets 1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup Chopped shelled pistachios 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp Minced parsley 1 tsp Dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup Milk 2 tbsp Butter or margarine,melted

The recipe yield is:

Cut fish into serving size pieces.Combine bread crumbs,1/4 cup pistachios,cheese,parsley,mustard,salt and pepper in a shallow dish.Dip fish in milk and roll in crumb mixture;place in a shallow greased baking dish.Drizzle with butter;sprinkle with remaining pistachios. Bake @ 450 degrees allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
