Lebanese Grilled Eggplant



The ingredients are:
1 medium Eggplant -- sliced 1/2" Thick 1/2 cup Italian dressing -- bottled 3/4 cup Plain low-fat yogurt

About an hour before you light the grill slice the eggplant and place it in a collander in the sink.. When you start the fire marinatethe eggplantt in Italian Dressing. I use a large ziplocked bag.
