1 1/2 Sticks butter 3 cup Chopped onions (not peeled) 3 Granny Smith apples 9 cup Cornbread 7 tbsp Dried sage or fresh equivalent 1 1/2 cup Pecan halves Salt and pepper to taste

Melt half of the butter and saute the onions and apples. Move to a large mixing bowl. Melt the other half of the butter and add to bowl with other ingredients.
