Conner Prairie Pumpkin Soup

The ingredients are:
1/2 cup Onions 3 tbsp Butter 2 cup Mashed cooked pumpkin 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Ground pepper 3 cup Chicken broth 1/2 cup Light cream

The recipe yield is:
6 Servings

Chop the onions and gently brown in the butter in a pan or kettle. Put mashed pumpkin into onions in pan with the salt, sugar, nutmeg and pepper.
