Brown meat in a skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, brown sugar and cream cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add tomato sauce and defrosted vegetables. Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with corn chips. Cover and bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
