Chilie Tomato Salad

The ingredients are:
6 small Tomatoes 1/2 bunch Parsley, chopped 1/2 Hot green chili, chopped 1 1/2 tsp Olive oil 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 pinch Salt & pepper 1 pinch Cayenne

The recipe yield is:
2 servings

Quarter the tomatoes. Mix parsley & chili with the tomatoes & chill. Combine the remaining ingredients & set aside to rest. Just before serving, mix the salad dressing with the salad. Adapted from Ismail Merchant's "Indian Cuisine"
