24 large Tomatoes -- peeled and Chopped 3 large Red peppers -- seeded and Chopped 4 large Green peppers -- seeded and Chopped 2 Hot peppers -- seeded and Chopped 1 cup Sugar 3 cup Cider vinegar 2 tbsp Salt 4 large Onions 2 Cloves garlic 1 tsp Ground cloves 2 tsp Ginger 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp Pepper

Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Recipe By :
