Trim Fat From Chicken. Combine Flour, Sage, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper. Dredge Chicken in This Mixture & Set Aside. Heat Oil in Large Skillet Over Medium-High Heat Until Hot. Add Chicken; Cook 6 To 7 Min.
